New York Public Library Wedding

Editorials

As Seen On: The White Wren and Jenny Yoo

Situated amidst the busy streets of New York City, the New York Public Library brings a sumptuous and extravagant feel to the streets of Midtown Manhattan. Hidden amongst a sea of high rises, the intricate architecture and elaborate decoration of the library, has the ability to make one feel as if they are miles away from the busy streets of New York City.

Adjacent from Bryant Park, the NYPL is the perfect location for a variety of looks, whether it be an elopement, bridals, or an engagement session. With the beautiful New York Public Library setting the scene with its classic european architecture, as well as the contrasting bustle of the NYC streets, we chose a complimentary attire with a sleek silhouette gown from Jenny Yoo. The gown featured a delicate regal cape, which framed the alluring open back of the dress beautifully. The bride, with her long bob, wore her hair down in loose romantic curls. For the groom’s attire we chose a classic black tuxedo from The Black Tux, which pulled together the overall modern classic look.

An asymmetrical floral bouquet added a modern, organic touch to the overall look and style of the editorial. With a pair of Belle Bella wedding shoes adding a soft touch to the modern gown.
