The Top 9 Wedding Venues in Dallas, TX

As a wedding photographer, I have had the pleasure of shooting in some of the most beautiful spaces. But when it comes to wedding venues in Dallas, TX, these nine amazing venues are top on my list! Each one of them is unique and worth checking out. I hope you find this list of my Top 9 Wedding Venues helpful!

#1 – The Adolphus Hotel

Located in the heart of downtown, The Adolphus Hotel lands at #1 on my list for the top wedding venues in Dallas, TX. This hotel was designed and built with a Beaux-Arts German castle and a grand English Manor in mind.

Every inch of this place is dripping with elegance and classical charm. They offer five different rooms to host events. The Governor’s Ballroom on the 19th floor is one of their most unforgettable spaces. The stunning all-white ballroom is an absolute dream wedding venue. Indeed, because it has multiple rooms, they are able to provide layouts to accommodate your vision. Some spaces are large enough to accommodate up to 400 of your nearest and dearest guests. This one is a must-see!

#2 – The Olana

Coming in at a close second is The Olana, located in Hickory Creek, TX. This French-inspired mansion and the estate are simply striking! I had the honor of shooting Libby and Connor’s wedding at this breathtaking venue and it truly is an unforgettable place.

The gorgeous crystal chandeliers that fill the ceiling in the ballroom sparkle with the sunlight that generously illuminates the room through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The grand spiral staircase to the sprawling lush green lawns, every part of this wedding venue in Dallas, TX is picturesque.

#3 – The Room on Main

Imagine having your wedding within a delightful mix of views of the vast Texas landscape and the glamour of a gorgeous space right in downtown Dallas. The Room on Main is a beautiful space that has 30-foot tall ceilings and 15-foot tall windows. This allows you and your guests to marvel at the stunning Texas sunsets, as you dance the night away on the lovely hardwood floors.

With ivory walls and champagne floor-length drapes, this space compliments any bride’s vision and color. I have fond memories of the reception I shot at this wedding venue in Dallas. That is why it comes in at #3 on my list.

#4 – The Mason

Formerly the Oak Cliff Masonic Lodge, this historic spot was built in the 1920s by the prominent local Dallas architect Herbert M. Greene, and it has all of the texture and charm you can expect from that iconic era. Each room in this venue is like stepping back in time. The luxurious warm woods and soft textures of the bespoke furnishings and the exquisite Empire Chandeliers in the ballroom all come together to truly make this wedding venue unique.

Located on Beckley Ave, this is another great wedding venue in Dallas you should take into consideration for your special day.

#5  – The Hotel Crescent Court

This gorgeous downtown wedding venue is as they say, “quintessentially Texan”, melding Dallas sophistication and heritage which is an experience unique to Hotel Crescent Court. Fresh off of a 33 million dollar renovation, every space within the hotel has been overhauled while keeping its southern-style charm. A place that hosts luxury Dallas weddings, Hotel Crescent Court strives to deliver every bride and groom’s fairytale wedding dreams come true. With rustic stone-paved walkways set amongst gorgeous gardens and trees filled with twinkling lights, this memorable wedding venue is one you will want to check out.

Rated as one of the premier places to visit in Dallas, and also one of the top botanical gardens in the world, this is definitely a nuptial location worth checking out.

The Nasher Sculpture Center is home to one of the world’s greatest contemporary and modern sculpture collections. It is located right in the heart of the Art District. Raymond and Patsy Nasher began collecting these pieces in 1950, and in 2003 the park was opened to the public. This wedding venue in Dallas is quite unique and absolutely perfect for the bride and groom who dream of saying, “I do” amongst some of the world’s finest art pieces. Lastly, this venue has both indoor and outdoor options for your special day, so you truly can create an event you’ll never forget.

#8 – Arlington Hall Special Events

This historic wedding venue in Dallas is nestled within 20 acres of gorgeous parklands. It is filled with mature trees and even a winding creek. Choosing to have your event indoors and/or outdoors, you truly cannot go wrong. The stately Hall has a formal garden, a portico, two terraces, and even a pavilion.

Finally, we have the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek. This Texas icon is a celebrated one! Located in Uptown, this hotel was once a palatial private estate. If you are looking for a more private venue, you will want to check out The Rosewood. It’s tucked away in an exclusive neighborhood right in the heart of Dallas. This location has meticulously manicured gardens and lawns making the outside almost as glamorous as the inside.
